Replacing rotted door frame.

I live in a mobile home. The frame around my entrance door is all rotted and I am looking to have it replaced. I am not sure how deep the rot has gone, so I have no idea how much of a job it would be. I tried to get a contractor last summer but I think they found other, larger projects. I posted the earliest date, but I have other dates I can be at home.
