Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of advertising services provided by City Helpers Inc. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following:

1. Subscription Plans
We offer two types of plans:

Monthly Plan – billed month-to-month.

Yearly Plan – billed annually for twelve (12) months of service.

2. Cancellation Policy

Monthly Plan:

You may cancel at any time.

Once canceled, you will not be billed for the following month.

Payments already made for the current month are non-refundable.

Yearly Plan:

You may cancel at any time during the billing year.

You will not be billed for the following year.

Any unused portion of your current year will be credited to your account.

This credit may be transferred to another business at your discretion.

Credits are non-refundable in cash and must be used or transferred within twelve (12) months of issuance.

3. Billing

All subscription fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan.

Payment is due at the time of billing.

4. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. By continuing to use our services after updates are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.

5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Q: What happens after 3 months?
A: You can continue at $99/month, upgrade to annual billing, or cancel anytime.
