When your task is complete, you pay the worker(s) according to the budget you set. Our workers are independent contractors and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, etc. Once the task is complete, you can pay the workers directly.
Most of the workers will accept payment by e-transfer.

Understanding the Fees
You will be charged $20. (+taxes) per month for our service. When a worker is picked, you pay a dispatch fee of $20. per worker. When you post a task, you include what you are willing to pay each worker for the task. At the end of the task, you will pay directly to agreed price to the worker(s)

This fee helps us maintain and improve the City Helpers platform. It covers administrative costs, vetting processes and continuous service enhancements to ensure a seamless experience for both homeowners and helpers. Cancel at any time.

Final Amount Charged
The total amount you'll be charged by City Helpers is the $20. membership fee plus a $20. dispatch fee per worker. After the task is complete, you will pay the worker the agreed price for the task itself. This total is to give you a clear picture of the cost you agreed to before you commit to posting your task.
